Thank you for shopping at Afterhours Skin. We strive to get your products to you as quickly and safely as possible.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer competitive flat rates and carrier-calculated shipping based on your location and the weight of your package.
Domestic & International
We currently ship to the United States and select international locations. Please note that international shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Afterhours Skin is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes
Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. If your address falls into this category, we will reach out to you if we require an alternative physical address to complete your delivery.
Damages & Issues
Afterhours Skin is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
